All of our products are made to order with you and your littles ones in mind. We use super soft thread and a comfort backing as to not irritate sensitive skin.
We cannot accept returns for personalised items due to ordering the wrong font/wrong colour. Please make sure you check items before confirming your order. However, after you have made an order, if you have any questions please get in contact with us and we will see how we can help.

All of our products can be machine washed at 30 degrees, though we would always recommend hand washing for best results. Please check out our Care Instruction page.
